It is no accident that the office of Management Recruiters International at San Antonio Northwest is ranked among the top 10% of MRINetwork™ offices in the nation in terms of production. Nor is it a wonder that in the last decade MRINetwork San Antonio Northwest's office has been honored time and again as the top producing office in its category. Sam Goicoechea has been personally recognized as one of the top 5 producing managers in the Southwest Region. Accomplishments such as these have earned Sam’s office membership in MRI’s prestigious President’s Gold Club. Most recently in 2005, he was selected as MRI’s "Person of the Year" for all their worldwide operations.

This success comes as no surprise to those who know Sam Goicoechea. He has been leading teams of professional recruiters to success for most of his three decades plus experience in the business of personnel and human resources. His experience working in the human resource industry ranges from Vice President of Human Resources – European Operations to Director of Personnel, as well as Manager of Human Resources and Director of Professional Recruitment. Sam held those positions with global companies including Atari-Warner Communications, Navistar and Allis Chalmers.

Building on that extensive professional recruitment experience developed in Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean and the United States Sam accomplished his latest achievement – MRI San Antonio NW. His leadership and vision have developed the Human Resource services for which San Antonio Northwest is known. He provides his brand of professional recruitment services to a select group of American based transnational corporations in North America and Europe. Sam’s broad knowledge and experience in professional recruitment places him among the top professional recruiters in the industry.

Mr. Goicoechea’s academic preparation includes his graduate work in Organizational Development at the University of Wisconsin. He completed an undergraduate degree in Group Dynamics at George Williams College. He has since augmented that knowledge through continuing education that includes courses in Total Quality Management.

Sam developed many of his leadership skills as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Reserve. He began his military career as a maintenance officer. Later he served as Chief of Social Actions. Sam concluded his career holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, as Deputy Commander of the Support Group of the third largest wing in the Reserve Command.

Mr. Goicoechea is active in the day to day operations of Management Recruiters of San Antonio Northwest. With a steady hand at the helm Sam hopes to lead his team and the companies for whom they provide services to continued success in the 21st Century.
