A proven industry leader in sourcing food and beverage professionals, Patsy Foxworth has developed a team of recruiting professionals within the MRINetwork system that is capable of completing the most difficult staffing projects. In addition to her network team, Patsy is able to utilize an in-office team of recruiting professionals who specialize in food and beverage processing as well as general manufacturing internationally.

Patsy Foxworth has been a recruiter with Management Recruiters of San Antonio Northwest for over 8 years. She holds a B.S. degree from Texas Woman’s University in Mass Communications and has more than 20 years of experience in project management. Her career experiences include over three years within a leading dry mix company in their Research and Development division. Patsy’s food industry knowledge encompasses R&D, QC/QA, engineering, production, operations, accounting, costing, materials planning, supply chain/distribution/logistics, marketing, human resources and purchasing. She has developed industry associations within dairy, cheese, frozen foods, canning operations, dry mix/dry goods, cereal, beverage and processed meats. As a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM), Patsy is among the top two percent of MRINetwork recruiters internationally. As a qualified Pacesetter, she has earned corporate recognition within the MRINetwork and has been called upon to lead training internationally as well as within her local team. Patsy is actively involved in her community on a volunteer basis, supporting several local charities.
