As a veteran of more than 27 years in manufacturing, Jim started his recruiting career with MRI in El Paso TX in 1992 and left for a brief time to get back into manufacturing. He was recruited by Snelling Personnel in 1995 to join their staff and stayed until 2001 when he joined the staff at MRI San Antonio NW .He has been associated with many of the top Fortune 500 Companies and continues a strong business relationship. Jim focuses on building solid business relationships with client companies, having walked in their shoes. He believes it is critical that a total knowledge and understanding of the organization's structure and operating philosophy are necessary to locate the right candidate.
